Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • General orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Express orders are processed within 1–2 business hours.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day morning. ( Goes for all orders, Express or General )

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:           $95, estimated delivery 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping:           $200, estimated delivery 1 - 2 business Days.

  • Free shipping is available for orders within Geelong, Victoria ONLY

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details if applicable.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Delays

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind

  • We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact undamaged in any way.

  • Return shipping costs for change of mind are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at [Insert Contact Information] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Process

  2. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us, ensuring proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Exclusions

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as sale items, gift cards, or personalized products. Please check the product description for exclusions.
